What is 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)?
Members choose to receive a 6-digit one-time code via email or cell phone. After entering the code,
they remain authenticated for up to 8 hours.
Benefits of 2FA
Protects members' personal and chapter assets from cybercriminals. No token generator or app needed.
Passcode generators are more efficient than passwords, no two passcodes are the same, and max-entry
limits prevent brute-force attacks.
How to activate 2FA?
Members: click "Update Profile" and check the "Require 2FA" option.
Admins: go to Chapter Setup → Security tab and enable for all access or specific functions.
